Join resident artist Yvette Gellis & members of the Santa Monica Cultural Affairs team for an artist reception at sunset in the courtyard. Santa Monica Cultural Affairs and the Annenberg Community Beach House invite the public for light refreshments at sunset to celebrate Out of the Blue resident artist, Yvette Gellis' mural Sacred Spaces. The reception will begin at 6:30pm in the courtyard. At 7:15pm, Gellis will speak about her mural Sacred Spaces, and her experience creating this new work for the Beach House. Sacred Spaces is on view through August 2021. Welcome to Beach=Culture, a year-round series of free arts and culture events at the Annenberg Community Beach House.
