A day for our metro community to show local victimized kids that KC Cares! Celebration Parade & Festival are Open to the Public with Free Admission and Will Be Held in the Parking Lot of Evangel Church, located at1414 E 103rd St Kansas City, MO 64131 This family-friendly, public event is for the entire KC metro community to join! Nearly 1,000 children who have suffered from abuse and neglect will be the "stars" of the celebration parade & will receive a gift of comfort. Together as individuals, families, and groups, we can come together for this moment to show our community's children that they matter and they are loved. We encourage all ages to join in. Have your family or group make and bring homemade signs with words of affirmation! Immediately following the parade the festival of bounce houses, games, and food trucks are open to everyone!
