Explore Your Dreams Hi, I'm Alyssa and I recently graduated from a year of studying my dreams with the Institute for Dream Studies. I'm also a Yoga teacher and a Behavioral Health Technician. We will be exploring our own dreams at depth, inviting in their healing and their power and finding support and empathy within a group context. Expect to walk away with a different perspective, lots to consider and think about, a deeper respect for your subconscious world. Also, group dreamwork has the ability to connect you deeper with community and it is my hope that we can unlock collective psychic potential in collaboration with our dreams and the Collective Dream.
