Presented by the American Jazz Museum, this event showcases Billie Holiday's love for dogs, complementing the museum's Smithsonian exhibit. About The Event Anyone attending this event is highly encouraged to bring their dogs! It is a pet-friendly, pet-centered event!Starting at 10:00 am, come to the back of the American Jazz Museum to the Jay McShann Pavilion, where dog treats, dog food, and other pet goodies will be available from our event partners.At 11:00 am, there will be an official dog walk paying homage to Billie Holiday's love for the many dogs she owned throughout her lifetime!Our event partners include KC Pet Project, Great Plains SPCA, and Tail Waggin' Pet Stop. Great Plans SPCA will bring 3-4 animals to walk with us!
