TAMPA BAY, FL — All those Tampa Bay fans who have been holding onto their tickets from the canceled July 5, 2020, Rollings Stones concert at Raymond James Stadium can now get satisfaction. The Stones are back on tour, resuming the critically acclaimed "No Filter" summer tour that they canceled last year during the pandemic. On Thursday, the Stones announced that the canceled concert at Raymond James Stadium has been rescheduled for Oct. 29. "I'm so excited to get back on the stage again and want to thank everyone for their patience. See you soon!" Jagger said in a statement released by the band's publicist, Rogers & Cowan PMK. "We're back on the road! See you there!" added Keith Richards. The tour was canceled before it even kicked off in a concert May 8 in San Diego. "We are sorry to all the fans who were looking forward to it as much as we were, but the health and safety of everyone has to take priority," Jagger said in announcing the cancellation. "We will all get through this together — and we'll see you very soon." Ticket holders were given the choice of cashing in or hanging on to their tickets. Those who cashed in will have a chance to purchase tickets for the new date along with everyone else hoping for a chance to see the Stones. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
