Let Go Let Flow One Year Anniversary Celebration! One year ago, Let Go Let Flow started a wellness company, which began organically to support the community during the Covid Pandemic and the Racial Uprising post the tragic murder of George Floyd. We saw a bigger opportunity to use our Wellness Wednesday platform to promote healing in our community and facilitate courageous conversations around race, We invited Black & White women together to discuss issues of racial injustices and how White women can become Allies, Accomplices and Co-Conspirators in doing the work of being anti-racists. So now what are we doing a year later? Let's talk about it in person on Wednesday 7/28 at 6pm. Black & White women are gathering in community to address how we can move forward to be advocates for systematic change. Please join us at Target Field Station for "The Black & White Affair". A FREE event that is open to the public. We will have refreshments provided by K's Revolutionary Catering and be entertained joyfully by KnownMPLS Gospel Choir. We ask that Black women wear white and White women wear black to display solidarity and a dope vibe of unity in the fight for racial justice, equality, and equity.
