PALM HARBOR, FL — The Palm Harbor Library is returning to full operational hours in August. Effective Monday, Aug. 2, the hours will be: Mondays through Thursdays: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on Sunday. Note: The drive-through window pickup hours will not change: Monday through Thursday: 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed on Sunday.
