I'm a licensed general contractor in Santa Cruz with more work than I can manage with my existing crew. I'm looking to hire a lead carpenter for support (starting with framing and finish carpentry). This is a full-time role and can be project-based or indefinite/ongoing. Work is available immediately. Hourly pay is good and dependent on experience. Requirements: - Experienced and self-sufficient on a job site. - Able to read plans and follow them. - Have your own tools and transportation.
