Movers needed August 13 or 14

I need a couple of strong and reliable people to help me move on the 13th or 14th. The gig should last around 4 hours. I will have a Uhaul ready to move out of my upstairs apartment in Capitola Village. We will load the Uhaul together and then unload it at another upstairs apartment about 2 miles away in Aptos. Primarily need help with the two beds, a heavy couch, a coffee table, and various smaller/lighter furniture. The stairs to my current apartment are steep and while I got the couch up here with two people I would prefer to have three people to bring it down the steps.
