Our interactive "Introduction to Breastfeeding Class" is taught by Alison Spath, IBCLC and Jennie Kieffer, CLC. This class is designed for both those who are new to breastfeeding, as well as those who hope to have a better breastfeeding experience than they've had in the past. The information and concepts presented in our classes follows the best practices of modern lactation science and is supported by solid, up-to-date research. Class information includes: What's most important when it comes to building and maintaining your milk supply. How to breastfeed comfortably. Latch and positioning techniques and tips. When and where to find help. Finding your community of breastfeeding mothers for support and encouragement. The advantages of breastfeeding. Answers to your questions and concerns. We'd love to help you get breastfeeding off to the best start!
