HVAC company serving the NYC area looking for experienced technician for immediate hire who has experience working with PTAC systems. Must be willing to travel to work, Possess own hand tools/meters for diagnostic/and repairs, Have a clean driver's license & burning certificates-F60/G60, High School Diploma/GED, Trade School Certificate. Duties include installing new heating and air conditioning systems (5-20 tons), Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements, Be familiar with HVAC wiring diagrams, Perform routine preventative maintenance, Able to handle physical workload and work on ladders, Strong problem solving, critical thinking, communication and social skills. Be able to work alone, Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, Must be punctual and able to work in a professional setting as well as communicate with customers in a professional manner. Salary will be based on experience. Paid holidays, 1 week vacation after one year, Overtime-during the summer months mandatory and occasional Saturdays.
