Blue Mound Road and 301 N. Mayfair Road a conditional use at 3201 N. Mayfair Road for a secondhand sales establishment with drive through (Habitat ReStore) a conditional use at 346 N. 121st Street for a child care establishment a conditional use at 4057 N. Mayfair Road for religious assembly and educational services a contract with Prism Technical for the creation and monitoring of a procurement equity participation plan for the General Capital apartment building proposal at the Western Building site amending the consolidated fee schedule related to the Building and Safety Division fees submitting to a binding referendum on the April 5, 2022 general election ballot t reduce the size of the Common Council from 16 to 12 members granting an encroachment into the City right-of-way to Vendetta Coffee Bar at 7613 W.
