WAUKESHA, WI—Waukesha police responded to several calls for service Saturday through Wednesday morning. Here are a few highlights from the police log. A man walked into the police station on Saturday to meet the chief of police. He told police he thought he was supposed to meet him and wanted to say hi. The man was told it was in his best interest to come to the police department for criminal matters only. A woman holding a "slow down" sign on Harding Avenue started chasing a caller on Saturday. The caller told police she has done this in the past where she stands in the middle of the road to block him from passing. The woman called the police and complained that the man sped down the road but said she never stood in the road. The police log said there were complaints of her hitting a car with her sign, flicking a cigarette at a passing car and parking her car to block the roadway. A man called police on Monday after being sent $300 in pizzas after an online dispute. The caller provided his address after an argument in a community chat. He said he was threatened with a swatting incident. Police told him not to share his personal info with people who are unhappy with him. A caller reported someone had cut her screen window and her cat got out on Monday. A girl nearby who loves cats had cut the screen to pet the cat. The mother agreed to pay for the screen. Police were contacted regarding a couple yelling for two hours on Tuesday evening. The family was cheering for the Milwaukee Bucks. A caller told police after she confronted a neighbor about setting off fireworks, she felt like she was being followed. The caller said a man said, "Go [expletive] yourself, go Bucks." The group was cleaning up a backyard party when police arrived and denied setting off fireworks.
