WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions: Michael R. Kelley, 52, of Ridgetop Road, Wallingford, was arrested June 11 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 22, according to state judicial records. Paul J. Monaco, 49, of April Street, West Haven, was arrested June 13 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 3. Monaco was additionally charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond on that charge. Genelle D. Lewis, 27, of Greenwood Street, New Britain, was arrested June 14 on a charge of first-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of July 23. John B. Fullington, 27, of Edgewood Avenue, New Haven, was arrested June 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving wrong way – one way street. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 22. James O. Oliverio, 29, of Claremont Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested June 15 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 30. Elvis Perez, 56, of Rainbow Road, Bridgeport, was arrested June 16 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, engaging officer in pursuit and disobeying signal of officer. He was additionally charged with third-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 25. Jessica D. Vitale, 42, of Kingsland Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested June 16 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 28. Eric R. Thompson, 23, of Whiffle Tree Road, Wallingford, was arrested June 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too close with accident. He was released after posting a $1,000 cash bond with a court date of July 29. Mario A. Sevilla-Cruz, 21, of Willis Avenue, Meriden, was arrested June 18 on charges of third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 2. Nancy Fulton, 66, of Hillside Lane, Wallingford, was arrested June 18 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 3.
