TRUMBULL, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Lily Cong, 16, who was reported missing from Trumbull on Tuesday, July 20. Cong has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. There was no description available for the last clothes she was seen wearing.
