CHELMSFORD, MA — Freeman Lake in Chelmsford will remain closed Wednesday due to unhealthy water conditions. Health officials closed the lake Tuesday and decided to keep it closed all day Wednesday following an inspection. Water conditions will be reevaluated Thursday morning.
