KIRKLAND, WA — Kirkland neighbors have a chance Saturday to offload old household electronics, appliances, clothes and more during a free recycling event at the Northshore Church parking lot. The weekend's "Think Green" recycling event is hosted by the city of Kirkland and Waste Management, and organizers will accept a long list of items. The event is also equipped to shred confidential papers, up to four boxes per vehicle.
