NEW LONDON, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Adrian Garcia, 13, who was reported missing from New London on Tuesday, July 20. Garcia has brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing.
