Our leadership development conference is geared to help leaders be equipped and encouraged as they minister to the next generation. Our leadership development conference is designed to equip leaders within the local church to prepare their students to be wholly devoted followers of Jesus.  We have specialized seminars that are geared towards children's ministry, student ministry,  youth culture, and ministry basics. Children's Ministry - designed to encourage, and equip those who minister to grade school children. Pre-school Ministry-  designed to encourage, and equip those who minister to Pre-school children. Student Ministry - designed to encourage, and equip those who minister to middle school and high school students. Culture Update - designed to highlight a specific area of youth culture that will help us connect with students as we contextualize our methods to meet their unique needs. Ministry 101 - Designed to encourage new leadership teams or leadership to your team with some core essentials to ministering in your church on a weekly basis. Our schedule will be as follows:   Schedule: Friday Night   7:30 pm Session 1 8:30-10:00 Mactivity (Game Show Night) Saturday   8:30am Early Bird Seminar 9:30 General Session 11:00 Seminar Session 1 11:45 Lunch 12:30pm Seminar Session 2 1:15 Coffee break 1:30 Seminar Session 3 2:20 Closing Session   Scripture: We are committed to the Scriptures as the source and foundation for ministry.
