Seeking handyman for mobile home park plus several nearby properties. Must have transportation and be willing to live onsite. Job requires experience with electrical plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance and will require using ladders, accessing crawl spaces, etc. A pre-employment background screening and criminal background check will be performed. Ideal candidate is reliable, hard working, easy to get along with, and able to work well both independently and as part of a small crew.
