Knowledge In general construction labor, finish carpentry, tile, drywall & Painting. experience of all facets of construction is a MUST For LONG TERM employment •Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in those trades of Painting, carpenter/tradesman, flooring. -Must have a valid driver's license -Good communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus) -Maintain the highest ethical standard, have a strong work ethic, and be capable of working unsupervised -Must be eligible to work in the United States -Pay $25-$35 DOE
