Finnmark Property Services is looking to hire a part-time Field Tech to execute quality exterior building maintenance services performed in a team environment. ABOUT US Finnmark Property services provides a wide range of maintenance and remodel construction services to the multi-family and HOA industries in both Oregon and Washington. You will be working in a great team environment with the opportunity for advancement. Your job as a part-time Field Tech will be to perform a variety of building cleaning, repair, and installation services in a safe, thorough, and efficient manner. Each job you are scheduled to work will be located at a different location, and dependent on the job, may last 1-5 days per job. This will include working outdoors the majority of the time, using PPE at all times, and being comfortable working on rooftops. The first 30 days of employment will include on-the-job training and will be hourly. After your on-the-job training you will be paid piece-rate (averages between $20-$26 per hour). You will learn the Finnmark way of pressure washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney sweeping, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and more. Together, you and your team will deliver safe, quality, and appealing results that delight your customers! JOB REQUIREMENTS While we’d love you to have experience in any of the services we perform, it is not a requirement.
