East Haven police logs, July 14-20: July 14 James. F. Thompson, 58, of Hamden, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Steven Perez, 32, of Brooklyn, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. Kason Dywane Franklin, 25, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening. July 15 David Tilon Diggs, 41, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer, assault of a public safety officer, second-degree breach of peace, reckless endangerment and second-degree failure to appear. July 16 Allison M. Fallon, 42, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order. July 17 Christopher Goodwin, 20, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Anthony J. Monaco, 19, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and illegal possession of a weapon in a vehicle. Alonzo Faustino, 30, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. July 18 Sean G. Lindsey, 33, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault of an elderly victim and disorderly conduct. Manuel L. Tavarez, 42, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. July 19 Efrain Ramos, 46, of no address listed, was charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass. Burnnel J. Davis, 26, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, second-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace.
