Press release from the Howard County Government: 07/20/2021 A Howard County stormwater management construction project to install of curb and gutter, repave pavement and make improvements to the existing storm drain system at 4301 MD 32 in Dayton, is expected to begin on or about Monday, August 9th. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late October.   ELLICOTT CITY, MD – A Howard County stormwater management construction project at 4301 MD 32 in Dayton, is expected to begin on or about Monday, August 9th. The project will include the installation of curb and gutter, pavement repaving and improvements to the existing storm drain system. A series of water quality features known as Stormceptors, will also be installed to provide treatment of surface water runoff from the County's Bureau of Highways Dayton facilities.
