A free, in-person, peer-led support group for anyone experiencing feelings of anxiety and depression. If you are feeling any symptoms of anxiety or depression, you are welcome to join this free support group, no formal diagnosis necessary. Available every Wednesday at the Mental Health Association of Central Florida in downtown Orlando, participants are encouraged to share their experience and support for one another.
