Come unwind and enjoy a sunset in our beautiful garden! Join us this summer for an outdoor yoga class led by Dimitri Delazanos. Sunset Yoga in the GardenAll Levels | Style: Vinyasa 7 pm - 8 pm$15 per class, registration required, limited walk up tickets availableJoin Dimitri Delazanos this summer on Tuesday evenings for Sunset Yoga in the Garden at the Art & History Museums of Maitland! This all levels vinyasa class will include sun salutations, balancing postures, twists, backbends, abdominal exercises, strength building, and hip openers. This style of class incorporates moving with breath while encouraging students to move at their own pace, modify, and rest when needed. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ COVID-19 Update: Per local and federal recommendations, we will not be requiring guests to wear masks during this event.
