All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS ROBBERY, 2021-07200117, 1600 block of S. Eads Street. At approximately 2:47 p.m. on July 20, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect approached the male victim and asked him for money. While the victim was removing an undisclosed amount of cash from an ATM, the suspect allegedly pushed him down and withdrew additional cash before leaving the area on foot. The victim followed the suspect for a short distance and called 911. Arriving officers located the suspect and he was taken into custody without incident. Krieg Davis, 35, of Arlington, VA, was arrested and charged with Robbery. INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2021-07200045, N. Barton Street at N. Pershing Drive. At approximately 8:00 a.m. on July 20, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was walking in the area when she observed the unknown male suspect in his parked vehicle with his genitals exposed and masturbating. The suspect is described as a male in his mid-30s, with dark colored hair and wearing a bright shirt. The investigation is ongoing. SHOPLIFTING, 2021-07190206, 1000 block of S.
