Join Chef Summer as she teaches the classic art of making Sushi! Join us for our Sushi 101 Cooking Class at So Gourmet! Our chef will guide you through the process of making basic sushi rolls and the art of rolling a roll of sushi while you snack on various Japanese staples and enjoy a handmade roll of your own creation! Cooking Class Participant Tips & Details: Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to participate or observe during the class. -Currently, ALL our classes are Demonstration style, hands off classes for the safety of our guests and employees. -ALL our classes will have three courses, with a light appetizer or salad, a main course, and a dessert. – Please enter through the Bodacious Shops main doors on Palafox Street! – Wine & beer service available. – Participants receive 10% off at So Gourmet on the day of the class. – Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. – We reserve the right to cancel this event and undersold classes will be rescheduled.
