Join us for POUND and POUR taught by Lynda Ziegler. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel & your BFFs. Join us for POUND AND POUR (Pound Workout) taught by Lynda Ziegler.  This is a beginners class so please bring a yoga mat or beach towel & your BFFs. A 4 oz. glass of wine is included in the ticket price of this class. Tickets are $13 pre-sale ($18 at door)Additional wine/wine slushies will be available for purchase.
