ANNAPOLIS, MD — A new healthy restaurant opened last Friday in the Annapolis Towne Centre. The eatery, called True Food Kitchen, has a rotating menu of fresh vegetables, natural meats and specialty cocktails. True Food Kitchen will be open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Its entrees are: Grilled chicken parmesanGrilled sustainable salmonPan-seared sea bassPoke bowlSpaghetti squash casseroleShrimp tacosGrass-fed steak tacos (Story continues below video) "Our menu is carefully crafted so that every bite and every refreshing sip serve up big flavor," True Food Kitchen said on its website. "Our artisan chefs create crave-worthy classics alongside a steady rotation of seasonal offerings that take advantage of naturally ripe fruits and vegetables." The chain has locations in 17 states. This is True Food Kitchen's second site in Maryland. The other is in Bethesda. A third Maryland restaurant opens next spring in Gaithersburg.
