ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police said a woman holding a knife tried to assault a female in Annapolis last Thursday. Authorities explained that they arrested the suspect after she kicked officers and spat on them. An incident report identified the arrestee as 36-year-old Tyshika Lynch.
