Quality Inspector, Textiles $16-$17
Location: Lake Elsinore, CA
Schedule: 6.00am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday
JOB DUTIES:
Quality control, inspecting pre-cut lengths of fabric/materials.
Roll out lengths of material on cutting table (which is marked in feet and inches).
Lay the material out flat, and inspect for any rips, flaws or nicks from the cutting process.
Once the material has passed inspection, it is folded into a specific size and shape, using the measurements on the inspection table (training will be given in the folding method).
The inspected, folded material is placed on a rack, and moved to the next stage in Production.
This position may also help out with other tasks in the warehouse or production area.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Meticulous attention to detail, and a sharp eye for imperfections.
Able to read measurements and fold materials into shape/size.
Must be able and willing to stand for long periods of time.
