NEW MILFORD, NJ — A New Milford resident reported that an adult man inappropriately touched his 14-year-old daughter, according to police. Police said they learned that Maximo Itzep, 21, of New Milford inappropriately touched the victim's chest and pushed her into a wall while restraining her arms. Itzep was charged with criminal sexual contact, criminal restraint, and simple assault. He turned himself into the New Milford Police Department and was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await his detention hearing.
