Redwood Coast Cabins and RV Resort, Shoreline RV Park, and associated residential units require a full-time maintenance worker and landscaper. Primary duties include landscaping, minor repairs, and spa and pool management. Position will work in tandem with existing maintenance staff and property managers to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Experience with basic plumbing repair and power tools is preferred. Company will also value a hard worker willing to learn these skills with guidance from current maintenance manager. Valid driver's license is required. Ideal candidates will be punctual, able to work independently, and flexible. General Duties will include, but not be limited to: -Mowing -Pool Maintenance -Fence Maintenance/Building -Basic Plumbing Repairs -Planting -Painting Compensation begins at a minimum of $15.00 per hour, depending on applicant's experience and skill set, with great opportunity for increase in wages as well as potential to advance into construction company run by the same owner. 80% discounted space rental at the RV Park and/or managed residential units are also available to applicants upon acceptance of job.
