Press release from Travis County Sheriff's Office: July 19, 2021 Deputies with TCSO's Lake Patrol Unit recovered the body of JACOB MARTINEZ, 23 of Donna, TX during the morning hours of July 15, 2021. The body was discovered during a shoreline search just north of the area where Martinez was reportedly last seen. At 6:10 pm on July 10, 2021, TCSO responded to a report of a missing swimmer in the Sandy Creek Arm of Lake Travis. Multiple agencies responded and exhausted every effort to recover Martinez.
