Contractor needed to stop water from getting in basement unit

Hello, I have a rental property in Idaho Springs with a Basement unit that has been flooding lately. This has not been much of in issue in the past but the heavy rain lately has been pushing enough water into the entry area of the unit that it has been flooding the entry and water has been getting into the unit. I am looking for someone who can assess the building and surrounding landscaping to see if anything can be done to help divert the water to prevent any further flooding from getting in. Thanks
