WARREN COUNTY, NJ — A man who began struggling while swimming was pulled out of the water by people nearby at the Delaware River Gap in the Hardwick Township area. The incident was reported at 2:03 p.m. on Tuesday, according to New Jersey State Police. "He was swimming when he went under the water," Sgt. Philip Curry said. The man refused medical attention, and no injuries were reported, police said.
