VERSAILLES, PA — An 8-month-old girl who disappeared Monday was located safely Tuesday morning in Versailles, police said. Royalty Lomax was last seen with Nicholas Lomax. The pair were last seen Monday in a vehicle on Dinwiddie Street in Pittsburgh's Hill District. She was reported to be at special risk of harm or injury.
