By Matt Petrillo, CBS Philadelphia July 23, 2021 A man who was allegedly firing a gun into a crowd was shot and killed by police officers in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood. The shooting happened on the 3000 block of Water Street Thursday evening. Chopper 3 was over the scene where a large police presence was on hand. "This continues to speak to the gun violence that's going on every day in our city," Philadelphia Police Sgt. Eric Gripp said.
