Child Abuse Lawsuit Thrown Out The New Hampshire Supreme Court has thrown out a lawsuit by a former NH DHHS employee who sued because she claimed the Division of Children, Youth and Families was failing to comply with state mandates despite increased spending for staffing to catch up on a backlog of cases. The Union Leader reported the plaintiff, Anna Carrigan, had no standing.
