Both products, to my knowledge, are in perfect condition. I am selling because I was interested in getting a turtle, but my interest has lessoned. The aquarium itself is a 75 gallon aquarium without any chips, cracks, etc. It was bought brand new evident by the carboard still being attached and is yet to be used. The filter is a Cascade 1000 which is meant to pump up to 100 gallons. The box has been opened once, but nothing has been removed. If it doesn't work, then I received a broken pump and will refund and return to amazon. This is a great combination for turtle species that grow up to 7 inches or as a long term nursery tank. I am asking $200 for the tank and $130 for the filter. Considering both are brand new, they would typically be $230 ($253 with tax) and $150 ($165 with tax). If you by both, you can get it for $310 collectively.
