Write an app?

Description

Does anybody know how, or know someone who knows how to write or produce an app? I don't know the first thing but I know one, that if available, would sell thousands and thousands with people willing to pay for renewals. I play on an app now that is the only one available and everybody hates it. But with no other choice, we play.
