Compliance Officer for HOA, $18-$19 Flex DOELocation: Sun City, CASchedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, Temp to HireJob Description The Compliance Specialist conducts inspections to identify and monitor CC&R violations, corresponds with homeowners regarding violations, hearing notices and responses, and acts as liaison with the Board. Job Duties Conduct compliance inspections to verify if violations have been attended to.Interact with homeowners regarding violations, issue violation letters, process fines and/or waivers.Prepare Compliance Board agendas and act as a liaison with Board Members.
