ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police responded to three domestic disturbances over the weekend. Here is information from the reports: Anna Wuszter, 49, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North West on two counts of domestic battery. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, the victim said Wuszter battered him, causing injuries to his back and leg. Police responded to a domestic disturbance about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Hillcrest Avenue. The person who called said he was involved in an argument with the suspect. No one had any signs of an injury. No arrests were made. About 12 hours later, police responded to another disturbance in the same block. The victim said the suspect grabbed her shoulders and pushed her into a wall. The victim's shoulder area had redness and bruising. Charges are pending. This block of Hillcrest Avenue has seen many disturbances in the last few months. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
