Description
WOODBURY, MN — Woodbury residents can give their input on an environmental assessment worksheet that details the possible environmental impact of redeveloping the Wozniak Property, the city said.
The worksheet outlines the potential environmental impacts of a residential property proposed for the 70-acre Wozniak Property located south of Dale Road and east of Woodbury Drive, the city said.
According to the EAW, the project would build over 200 single-family residential units. Approximately 63 of the 70 acres will be developed and approximately six acres will be used for stormwater infrastructure, the city said.
The development will include a roadway network, stormwater infrastructure, the installation of municipal sewer and water systems, and electric, gas, and cable utilities, the EAW said
Comments will be accepted until Aug. 20 and can be sent to Jennifer McLoughlin, sustainability specialist, at 651-714-3522 or [email protected], the city said.
You can view the EAW here, or at Woodbury City Hall during business hours, the city said.
