GILROY, CA — Gilroy plans to re-open its city hall on August 30, in the first of a two-phase process. City Hall will open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday by appointment. On Jan. 2 of next year, the second phase will involve hours expanding to 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and Friday by appointment. The initial re-opening hours will allow for in-person services during peak times, and allow some time for staff to conduct virtual services at the beginning and end of each day.
