Press release from the City of Oakdale: July 22, 2021 The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has determined that the state of Minnesota is now in a drought warning phase due to the ongoing hot and dry weather pattern. In effort to conserve valuable water resources, please adhere to the City's even-odd watering schedule.
