WESTLAKE, OH — Estella Boutique will open in Crocker Park this fall. The boutique is owned by Northeast Ohio-native Tina Rutkowski. Her store will feature a revolving and curated collection of women's clothing, jewelry, accessories and homewares, with a focus on featuring other small and local vendors and artisans. "We are thrilled to continue to add to our eclectic collection of locally owned businesses here at Crocker Park by welcoming Estella Boutique.
