BURNSVILLE, MN — The man who drowned in Earley Lake in Burnsville Sunday night has been identified as an Eagan resident by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner. See also: Drowning Victim Recovered From Burnsville Lake Amanuel Yohannes Kiros, 20, was found using a drone Sunday night submerged in Earley Lake, the Dakota County Sheriff's Office said. He had been reported missing shortly before being found, deputies said. The Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that Kiros' cause of death was freshwater drowning, and said that the Dakota County Sheriff's Office is still investigating.
