Press release from Mentor Public Library : July 22, 2021 We threw a Unicorn Party on Thursday at our Lake Branch and there was SO MUCH CUTE! Kids enjoyed unicorn stories, played unicorn games, created rainbow sand art and edible rainbow necklaces, and crafted their own unicorn steeds out of pool noodles. Our theme for Summer Reading this year is Imagine Your Story. So we've hosted programs about fairy tales, myths and magic all summer long. By the way, Summer Reading is almost over! The last day to receive raffle tickets for all your hours/books read is at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 1. Make sure you get credit for all the awesome reading that you've done this summer.
